Teaching Complete - Bring on Traveling - MP

As of Friday, April 13th we all finished in our schools. Lynn and I are done teaching. Jonah and Siena are done student-ing. We are wrapping up our time in NZ with a flight scheduled for April 30th to Sydney, Australia. We'll spend a couple days in Sydney and then take a longggg train ride to Melbourne to visit our friends, Mandy, Chris, Charlotte and Oliver. 

We traveled one last time up to Paihia and Russell in the Bay of Islands to take in the amazing scenery and more importantly visit with my twin (Lynda) and her significant other (Dave)! These two are amazing friends. Thanks to them for letting us invade their lives for a couple of days. 

We also got a chance to catch up with our other amazing friends in Kawakawa. Fran and Alastair are so cool. Thanks to both for sharing the rainy afternoon with us. Especially thankful for the amazing tour of the Kawakawa Volunteer Firefighter Station. We all had an amazing time trying on equipment and going for a ride in the fire truck. Alistair and Fran's boys (Hamish and Callum "the tiger") showed us around the station. 

Our time back in NZ has been wonderful. We've built family memories that will last a lifetime.
